Hello recently when I start the game I have found that I am not able to visit neighbors and after that this has been fixed recently but I have got another issue after solving this issue. Now I am not able to Open Hidden Packages In Zynga Hidden Chronicles and sometime the boxes are not showing at all. Second issue is that every challenges continue to cost me energy, I am not sure why this heaping. After playing sometime mine 5 energy deducted all the time. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

Ok I think I have solution for this issue. Now I am able to accept the all Hidden Packages in games. To do this I have gone through the below steps: on facebook go to the application and under that scroll down to individual gaming requests. Now here you will get the all Hidden Packages In Zynga Hidden Chronicles and to accept this you need to click on that. So you should check your request in facebook application list as well not only in game request.

Hello I am able to see Hidden Packages in Zynga Hidden Chronicles but I am not able to open this. I have recently started playing this game but second day of the game I have got this issue. I have also found mine sticky green boxes missing and there is no way to find the Hidden Packages requests. I have been tried everything as given above solution but this also doesn’t worked for me to solve mine issue. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

Hello I have gone through this issue and I had one hidden package that won’t open at all. To solve this issue I have gone through the below steps:
Updated the Browser to latest version
Tried different Browser
Installed the latest version of Flash player
I have tried above all thinks but none of them helped me to solve mine issue. When I tried with other browser I have faced the same issue. I think this bug of this game.

Hello I am able to open 2 of the boxes, the exact 2 that got stuck today when I tried to access. So therefore I think there was some delay in the game or I did something wrong. There still is one box stuck on mine game which is near to Mano and other one stuck from last three days. I have reclogged in and when I tried to accept the boxes left by neighbors and I got the message saying that:” you found all the packages……” and after that I have found mine stuck box are gone and now I am not facing this issue again. I think you have already accepted the Hidden Packages and so therefore your not able to accept it again to solve this issue try to refresh and remove the caches on your browser.

Even I have got the same issue, hidden package had been located on top of an item but I am not able to open it. I fixed the problem by moving the item that was below the hidden package. Then refreshed the game and after that I could open the package. This issue happens two times, first time the package was on top of a tree and the second time it had been placed on the path. Both time I have tried this solution and this has been helped me to solve mine issue.

The package not acceptable for about 4 days and I cannot share hidden package rewards with my neighbors because it keeps telling me there are more packages. I cannot click on the package. I have cleared my cache, changed to a different browser, updated my flash and even tried a different computer. Getting the same issue, I am thinking to stop playing this game because this game full bugs and lots of time we can’t even play this game.
