Hello I am playing this game from last month and everything working properly without any issue but recently I have found I am not able to access the scenes in the manor and click is not working at all. Last scene I have played HTE Valentine games and after that I am not able to do anything. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

Hello I have recently solved this issue on mine game and to solve this issue just go to the circle icon of "Lasting Love" at the right of the screen and play a puzzle there. This will solve your issue. I hope this will help you to solve the issue.

Got the same issue but I have solved. To solve this issue go through the below steps: click on the lasting love quest thing going on , there is a pink bush on the right hand side of the screen ,click there , it takes to drive-in theatre, sky view room and wedding chapel, now click on any of these unlocked, it takes you to scenes. Now here you will get the different tab like library etc. Now you can access Scenes in Manor without any issue.

Hello I have tried as you said above but nothing helped me to solve mine issue. I have also perform disk clean-up and a defrag but after that also nothing helped me. i thought I have issue with the system and so I tried with the other computer and I have not faced any issue with other system. I think we have issue with the browser, so I think you should try with other browser.

I’m having the same problem, I even emailed customer support and they sent me an email with the steps outlined above, which I did. I tried to play on different computers at work. It still is not functioning it will not let me open my manor and play button doesn't work. What do we need to do to get this fixed? This very frustrating and i will stop playing this game because of this issue.
