How to troubleshoot General Loading and Connectivity in Zynga Hidden Chronicles

Can anyone suggest me how to troubleshoot General Loading and Connectivity in Zynga Hidden Chronicles? I have recently started playing this and I have found lots of issue with this game. I have tried to load the page with Firefox, Internet Explorer & Google all of them are telling me that they are unable to connect the page. I posted below what Google and from Firefox:

• The connection has timed out
• The server at fb-0.hidden.zynga.com is taking too long to respond
• The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
• moments.
• If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue. I have gone through the lots of solution to solve this issue but nothing helped me to solve mine issue. Now I don’t what to do and how to solve this issue.

If you're having trouble loading your Estate please try these troubleshooting steps: try uninstalling and reinstalling your flash player. In order to uninstall your flash player and reinstall it again and then go through your issue. Secondly the system cache issue. The Zynga games use the JavaScript and this means your game run on your computer not on the server. So if your game has difficulty with loading or responding slowly this because of system cache is full, so I would like to suggest you remove clear your cache on browser and after that let me know.

I cannot load the Colonial Hong Kong scene. I have tried several times, and it takes my energy and shows that it is loading. Then it never loads even after waiting for a very long time. Second Every time I start to play the game I get a message saying an error has occurred and I have to refresh. But my game is still showing up and working. When I have to refresh it takes away my energy and progress. Really getting frustrated. I have windows 7 64-bit and I have done everything I am supposed to do. Please fix I want my energy back…

If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings make sure the proxy server is working. If this not working then I would like to suggest you to adjust your proxy settings on Google Chrome: Go to the menu and after that make click on the Options. Now on the options go to the Under the Hood and then make click on the Change proxy settings and then choose LAN Settings. Now here deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox. And then save the setting and after that restart your browser.

If you still getting this message then I would like to suggest you to go through the below steps: This step is for Firefox. Open the Firefox browser and after that go to the tools on the menu and after that select the option. Now on the options click on the advance button and after that click on the network tab. On network tab click connections settings and let browser to auto-detect proxy settings. To do this click on auto-detect proxy settings for this network. Once you have finished all this steps and then restart the Firefox.

When I first started this game, the trees took a very long time to load (about 5-10min per tree on dialup connection) until it would no longer load anymore trees or other objects. Whenever I refresh, the trees that I loaded before, loaded quickly but the next "batch" of trees/objects started appearing every 10-15min. When you guys fixed my last problem, the first scene took a good 15min to load! After I finished the scene, I was sent back to the library to come across yet another black screen. To solve this issue I have tried using broadband in a few weeks time and mine issue was getting solved.
