‘APPCRASH’ error message while launching F1 2010

as I am trying to launch F1 2010 on my computer I am getting appcrash while doing the same. I have installed Windows 7.
Following is the error message details which I am getting over here.

For sake of try I recommend that you should try to launch the game as administrator.
You have to right click on the exe file of the game and click on Run as Administrator.

I think you will need to run the secondary installers which has been needed in the game.
You have to browse to the folder where you have installed the game. most probably it would be C:\Program files\Steam\steamapps\common\f1 2010\

You have to run following installers.

.\steamapps\common\f1 2010\Redist\DirectX\DXSETUP.exe ...\steamapps\common\f1 2010\Redist\OpenAL\OpenALwEAX.exe

The above mentioned game is designed for multicore processor.

• You have to click on Start and click on Run and enter msconfig and press enter.
• You have to click on Start up and click on Advanced Option.
  
• In the number of processors you have to put 2.
• After doing that restart your computer.
• Now try to launch the game on your system.

There is need of Games for Windows Live to run your computer. so you should get the same and see whether it is working or not.

Another solution which I can recommend over here.
You have to start and click on Run and enter CMD and press Ok.
Now execute below mentioned command

netsh winsock reset

reboot the system.
now again below mentioned command on command prompt

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

now restart the system.
