How to increase speed and reduce lag on Victoria 2 Game

Hello everyone i have installed the Victoria 2 Game on mine system and everything on the system working fine without any issue but i have small issue with the Victoria 2 Game. after playing some hours mine game start freezing and i not able to play this game properly without any issue. so i just need to how can we speed up game and reduce the lagging issue. can anyone suggest on this issue and so that i can solve mine issue.

I think you doesn't have enough of system requirement for your game because i haven't face the any issue with this game and i am playing this game from last some weeks. AHD will multi-core support. minimum system requirements game is 2 GB of RAM while your system may be have less than this and so therefore your getting the issue and so i would like to suggest you to make increase your memory to up to 2 GB and then you will wont face any type issue with your system.

i have decent system with the capable of running new games but when i start the Victoria 2 Game i have found mine system start freezing and i am not able to play this game properly. when i play this game all programs will slow down and i should restart this game to play again. i have gone through the lots of solution to solve this issue but nothing helped me to solve mine issue. now i don't what to do and how to solve this issue, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that i can solve mine issue.

may your system running with the lots of background program and so therefor your getting this issue and so i would like to suggest you to make sure you have removed the all unwanted startup programs and along with while starting the game open the task manager and after that remove the all process that you don't want. even i have faced the same issue and after that i have found that mine system running with the lots of background program and so therefore i am getting this issue and so i would like to suggest you to make disable the all background programs. you disable it by task manger or running system configure utility windows (msconfig).
