Unable to view Gifts on Zynga Hidden Chronicles

My neighbor are sending me Secret items I receive gifts on email but when i tried to collect this gifts from the home page or request page i am not able to view gift requests. anyone would help on this issue and so that i can solve mine issue.

I've had a secret package appear that has been there for several days. When I first open the game, if I hover the mouse over it, I hear the sound effect as normal but no popup message allowing me to accept it. I have received many other secret packages that have shown up since, but this one is inaccessible.

When they actually left you a package. In which case you get the green boxed message that someone left you a package when you start Hidden Chronicles (not in the inbox, but a pop up in the game itself)when you open the gifts that are left on your estate and you also get the inbox message, but no green pop up and there really isn't a package, they just opened the one you left them. I haven't tested this thoroughly, but I observed it several times and I think that is what is happening.

I am also getting this type of message on the mail and i have got the 4 request today and i have accepted all the gifts without any issue. Went to estate and only had 1 to open. Have tried accepting only one and going to the game individual times to see if they show up but none of them shown but this doesn't show.

Even i am facing this same issue on mine game as well. I've had several notifications that people had placed surprise gifts on my estate yet I can't see any. when i open mine estate i can view the gifts and request but i am not able to accept it. Game still showing on my estate yet I've had at least 5 other notifications.

I have got the same hidden a gift and messages on my estate but when i load the game i haven't find anyone. i have not accept the hidden a gift but i am able to view the messages. i have also tried the lots of solution and even i have also contacted with the support to solve this issue but nothing helped me to solve mine issue. now i don't what to do and how to get ride this issue. i think this might be a game bug and this will get solved by the Dev's only.
