Unable to collect gifts from requests on Zynga Hidden Chronicles

Hello i am not able to collect gifts from my requests page and i have get the requests for hidden chronicles but when i tried to collect them from requests page, i am not able to do this, i have tried the several steps to solve this issue but nothing helped me to solve mine issue, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that i can solve mine issue.

Ok do the below steps and after that make sure your getting the issue or not. to do this first open the Facebook game requests and after that make click on the accept the Hidden Chronicles requests. during this time you will get redirected to ZMC and then go back to the Facebook game requests page again. now you will get the all request again and after that accept the all request and your issue will get solved.
