How to start with Zynga Hidden Chronicles

I have started to play the Zynga Hidden Chronicles and have got into the mansion. I found that there is one room where one women standing and there is nothing else which I can click. I am even not getting any of the instructions over there. I tried to click all over the screen but nothing happened. Can you tell me that what is happening with me and how can I get out of this?

I would like to tell you that, to begin with, you will have to click on the map and after that just go with the mission and by this way you will be able to continue with the game.

I normally do the below things whenever such problems happens to me. I am listing those below and I hope that this will help you.

Check to see if your OS is up to date
Switch browsers; also ensure that the browser is upgraded to the newest version
Update flash player
Delete all browser cache and cookies
Delete flash cache

Do you have an additional account? If yes then please try with that account and see if you are getting the same problem with that also. I don’t think that you will have problem with that as well.
