How to Create a DewXP code generator using the computer for MW3

Hi friends, recently I have heard something about the DewXP points. So I just want to know for what purpose this DewXP points can be used. And is it possible to generate this DewXP points. According to my information this DewXP code is used for double XP, so however it is not the simple task to create an algorithm using the computer that can generate DewXP points. However maybe it is useful for some purpose, but still I have not try this out.
