Are you sure that the laptop that you have got is h2q g550 or some other? I havent heard any laptop brands such as h2q g550 but there are some laptop called Lenovo Essential G550 on which graphics card can be upgraded. You should check the manual of the laptop and can know whether its graphics card can be upgraded or not.
