No... the file isn't actually corrupt, it's just that the uploader renamed it from a 7zip file to a rar, and failed to mention this fact.
I assume because VBulliten doesn't know what a .7z file is and wouldn't let him attach it. Sadly, Winrar *still* can't use 7zip files. I suppose because LZHA is actually superior to rar at compression, so the author figures that ostriching is the correct solution.

^ It just needs to be renamed to .7z(instead of rar) and you'll need 7zip to open it. He explained this already. If you open it in Winrar it will think it's corrupt because it's not a valid rar file(it's a valid .7z file).

I think that you havent followed the instructions properly to extract the save game files of The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. You need to first of all show all the hidden files and extension of the file format and then rename the save game file to The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Save Game.7z. After that download the 7z software from google and then install it on your pc. After the installation is finished you simply need to right click on the .7z save file and choose the option to extract here.Originally Posted by damnumakemeregister

ok so did everything and noticed......none of the files have the quests finished and one just has a lvl 90 but not even bleak falls done -.-
