Idea for an expansion in the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Hello everyone I had an idea for an expansion ... Skyrim somewhere opens a tear in the fabric of time, allowing the ancient creatures as wyverns and other primitive creatures to enter Skyrim ... could enter and explore that tear Skyrim much more primitive ... just an idea, and put all the complaints about too few enemies to rest ... What do you think about it? So please tell me about it. Thank you.

Personally, I think the best DLC would return to the Imperial City. But not terrible IC Oblivion, but a great city. Like the city Credo of a murderer. You may also have the quarantined city, so that they could not leave. I think this would be amazing because Skyrim (and forgetting for that matter) is really no urban environments.

It might work, but a DLC to do something with the Thalmors fit well. If the DLC have work with it then it will be great and also it will be nice to play the game and also to do the expansion.
