Does the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim have level scaling

Hello friends, I loved oblivion as a whole, but one of the things break immersion in that game was the mechanic of the Level. When you level up in an RPG that you want to feel like I get stronger and that feeling goes away with this mechanic. Besides that it makes no sense that the bandits in caves automatically get glass armor because the player walked exploring. This will be implemented in TES V or the world will be static? So what you think about it. Thank you.

Given the level scale that exists in Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind and Oblivion, not to mention most CRPGs around like Mass Effect and so on, I think it's safe to say that there will be escalated to a point level.

Well, but I wonder if it's as extreme as in the case of forgetting where he could finish the game at level 1 if you want or more than morrowind where at least had a little more to finish the game (e.g. Bloodmoon was very difficult, if it was there before level 20)?

I agree that expanding the extensive level of Oblivion did a good job of breaking my immersion. One of the things I like about the previous games in The Elder Scrolls is the fact that unexpectedly can walk in an area that is not only supposed to go with everything and get her ass mercilessly shouted. Oblivion (the metaphysical realm, not the game) when he was awesomely waltzed tame at level 1 and saved the day with nothing but my confidence iron sword and a spell of individual destruction.

I'm pretty sure it will scale level. But if you realize Bethesda has considered complaints with FO3 and NV. I would expect something closer to that, but I hope even more fine tuned. Ideally, I do not want any level of scale at all, but I think that's asking too much.

Have been looking at the complaints and the forgotten ... really ... so I'm hoping we hear. Level scaling system, combat system, and write all need reform

Well I hope you can minimize the level of the scale as much as possible, with a scale of zero loot. Maybe I could make highways and populated areas contain less powerful enemies, and things could be more dangerous the more you deviate from the road. It is simply to give some element of fear when you're running around randomly in the woods.

Good idea, but I do not know how well it would work. That would mean that all missions should early be made in writing to stay on the road / in the cities, and it would be very boring very quickly. I think it would be more effective if they were enemy dungeons with predefined levels, and the desert was quite low level, apart from a bit higher leveled enemies around the highest level dungeons to give you an idea of what to expect.

Extending the booty is probably the most common scale in all RPGs; there are piles and piles of boxes everywhere with random loot based on the level.

The breasts should be at the level of danger in the area, so we have areas with rookie rookie boots, and a minimal chance of finding high-level loot there. And there should be areas of high level with the possibility of finding high boots novice level in areas with emphasis on lower-level boots, and some high-level boss containers to hide the loot in them. High boots should be rare, but more likely in areas of high, but some containers chief as personal stash a boss, you must have a 100% chance of finding good boots.
