Lots of Shadows bug in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is not a perfect game. I am not sure about others, but I had seen a ton of shadow bug in this game. Is there a option to stop this thing. I hope I am not the only one who is facing the issue. I had tested by changing the game resolution from higher to lowest. But still the bug existing. Sometime I can see flickering characters, the shadow sometime fails to appear, etc. This just spoil the entire gameplay.

I am giving you a few things that you can change in the game and make it work properly. But it is necessary that you must have a good graphic card to play this game. If you are trying to play this on a older one then you will keep on facing the problem. You can go in the game config and apply the following values to fix bugs.
    • iShadowMapResolutionSecondary=4096 (or 8192 , dont see a difference tho really)
    • iShadowMapResolutionPrimary=4096 (or 8192 , dont see a difference tho really)
    • iShadowMapResolution=4096
    • fShadowBiasScale=0.4
    • iShadowMaskQuarter=4
    • iShadowFilter=4
    • fShadowDistance=2500
    • fGrassStartFadeDistance=25000.0000
    • fTreeLoadDistance=300000.0000

You are just providing half information. I am going to give you more details on fixing the issue. You have to find skyrimprefs.ini file from the game directory and in that you have to apply the below mentioned settings. This might reduce the shadow bug.
    • iBlurDeferredShadowMask=3
    • fInteriorShadowDistance=3000.0000
    • fShadowDistance=6000.0000
    • iShadowMapResolutionSecondary=4096
    • iShadowMapResolutionPrimary=4096
    • iShadowSplitCount=2
    • fShadowLODStartFade=200.0000
    • bShadowMaskZPrepass=0
    • iShadowMapResolution=2048
    • fShadowBiasScale=3.0000
    • iShadowMaskQuarter=4
    • bDrawShadows=1
    • iShadowFilter=4

The second thing you have to do is find skyrim.ini. Find this file and then simply apply the following mentioned values.
    • fShadowLODMaxStartFade=1500.0
    • fSpecularLODMaxStartFade=3000.0
    • fLightLODMaxStartFade=5000.0
    • iShadowMapResolutionPrimary=4096
    • bAllowScreenshot=1
    • fDefaultWorldFOV=90
    • fDefault1stPersonFOV=90.0000[/QUOTE]

And then try to launch the game back. This will be enough to fix the problem you are facing.
