What the best five perks in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim?

I am posting this here to know that what the five best perks that each player must have. There is no special purpose of posting this. I hope that I will have some quick replies on this.

There's this perk that gives you x2 as much as alchemical ingredients. It is really interesting to say that why so much barter? This is totally depending on your build? For example I think Shadow Warrior is no doubt the best perk for archers but useless for a warrior.

I would like to tell you that this is because barter = gold = better stuff you buy = power = fun. Below is my best five perks in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

• Shadow Warrior
• Purity
• Poisoned
• Assassin's Blade
• Extra Effect

For me it is as follows:

• Extra Effect
• Dual Savagery
• Destruction Dual Casting
• Recovery
• Quick Hands

Frankly speaking, I cannot make a list of five which are required for any of the characters. Other than this possibly extra effect your build dictates that ones are the best.
