Steam not Pre-loading Sonic Generations game

Hello friends, I have not the world's best network connection, so when she started pre-load Sonic generation-ago day was not finished when I went to bed last night. Now, when I woke up I saw that had been hanging and when I clicked to resume I got a screen where the steam is trying to validate / decrypt files, even if not completely downloaded. He has been doing this for an hour and still at 0%. So my question is, do I have to reinstall the game again? Pre-load and take longer due to the demand of yesterday was very slow in the UK. It happened to me this morning, if the lights are lit on the router is still downloading so I quit. 9 GB is a large download.

Yes, I'm getting the same problem, stuck at 1%. No preorder this game for any reason. I hope I can wait it out, I prefer not to spend another 2-3 days waiting to re-download.

If you try to pre-load just before the game is release, which may be the reason, simply cancel the pre-loading and unloading of the normal way. I did this for some pre-load, and when you leave the game, preload seems to stop. Also, the game was released before the final countdown. (It's the final countdown).
