Getting terrible Lag with sonic Generations

Hello guys I am playing this game on my windows 7 operating system with the Mobie Intel 4 Series graphic card. But I am not able to play this game because I am getting terrible lag with this game. I don’t know why it is happen with it. All other games are running without any issue, but this game is running awfully. Does anyone have any idea about it? If yes then please share it with me. I am waiting for your replies. All replies are appreciated.

Same issue with my game.
