Confirmation whether server is up or down of Dungeon Defenders

I am having a particular query which I wanted to discuss with the users of this particular forum. I wanted to know whether trendynet is up or down? I am trying to connect with the same but I am not able to do the same. I am not able to figure out what is the root cause of the problem. Thanks a lot in advance.

If I am not wrong the servers might be down and also there is a chance that the back ground team might be working on the same. So you should wait for the same for the couple of hours and see whether you are able to make the thing working for you or not.

Do you have installed any security software and firewall on the computer? if you so that I recommend that you should disable the above mentioned software on the computer of yours. once you have done the same you will be able to make the thing working for you. If entire thing is back to normal than you should configure the firewall as well as security software.
Also you should try with the port forwarding on the router and see whether it is working or not.

Well looking at the matter I recommend that you should reinstall the game on the computer of yours.

If I am not wrong there could be a bug issue with the game and hence I am suggesting that you should contact the developer of the game and file a bug report to them. The developer of the game will work on the same and release the patch which you can apply to fix the matter of yours.
