As you are playing that on PC then I am very sure that someone will surely mod those cars eventually.
If they articulate that those 7 cars are PS3 restricted then they can’t release them like DLC meant for PC, this is for the reason that then they would not be PS3 exclusive. Excluding the 7 best cars within the game as of the PC version is disrespectful toward all PC Gamers and I will not tolerate that.
The race is naturally divided into small steps, often completed in a matter of minutes: for each a precise goal will be awarded to the player, how to gain 10 positions in a given number of miles or exceed a certain number of riders before the end time. All levels have been studied "artfully" to return a constant feeling of great tension in the player, who will be forced to face the streets of America really full throttle to get the winner at the end of each stage. Since there is no hope for the runners up, in order not to make the structure of the game too punishing the boys at Black Box have provided 5 flashbacks for each stage: they do not allow you to "rewind" time such as in Codemasters titles marked, but the player will report through the last checkpoint. These occur in large numbers, at least 4 or 5 for each stage.
Need for Speed The Run is not a title to be taken too lightly: a complicit yes arcade driving model, but nonetheless in need of a little 'practice given the emphasis on "weight" of vehicles, some steps do not reveal pitfalls just.
The enemy AI was obviously created with the intention of adapting the general linearity that permeates the experience: if there rivelaste good drivers, outdistancing his opponents very near the finish line you will inevitably reached again and forced to fight for keep your head. However, if your driving is not the best, often the group will slow down opponents, giving you a further chance. There is similar behavior to the police, who will try to block you, but never without excessive fury, limiting to some place and block the obvious attempts at ramming. Substantially "medicated" is not very dynamic, necessary to ensure a high level of spectacle, although at the expense of replay ability. The game, however, holds, provided that we are looking for light entertainment.
This time, the protagonists of Need For Speed is not only the glittering dream cars: the landscapes of the United States have been reproduced with great level of detail thanks to the implementation of Frostbite 2. The approximately two hours of play we have addressed permission to cross San Francisco, and the next desert trip up to Las Vegas and Yosemite National Park, and finally the Grand Mesa Forest (Interstate 70, for the fanatics of Google Maps).
The average level of detail is very respectable, not to dwell too long on certain details: the rest, The Run is an experience to live constantly with the accelerator pedal to the metal. Just before closing, we were able to complete another quick time event cut scenes he saw during a walk to Jack chased by the police, much more spectacular than the last.
Need for Speed The Run is presented as a work of entertainment without much immediate pretext. On the altar of spectacular Hollywood-style action movie developers have sacrificed some of the complexity and dynamism of the game races, making the game play a more guided and linear than the average racing game. The result is a title suitable for those seeking an injection of adrenaline at high speed, without caring too much about the realism or complexity of the game, and in this way the formula works.
If your driving is not the most fit, frequently the bunch will back off rivals, giving you a further risk. There is comparable conduct to the police, who will attempt to piece you, but never without extreme fierceness, constraining to some place and square the plain tries at slamming.
