How to troubleshoot Football Manager 2012 game crashing

Has anyone faced this type issue while playing Football Manager 2012 game? I have bought this game and installed on windows XP system. Everything was working perfect but last night when I launch the Football Manager 2012 game and mine game crashing when you click on a player to view or sometime when I launch the game. I have playing or installed the Football Manager 2012 demo.
