Problems with Tropico 4 -Demads to be instalated by Administrator

I have a problem with installing Tropico 4 .
Every time it is asking me to be installed as Administtrator.
How to break this?
I have windows 7

There might be a possibility that the setup of the game is saved in the administrator account and hence thats the reason why it is not allowing you to run only with the administrator privileges thats what i am saying here. So if you want you can remove the setup file from there and then install the setup file with the account that you want.
