Got error after downloading from ps3 market could not install error 00000etc. It was fixed by unloading GRA and courriers stash then installing OWB then reinstalled GRA and CS. I post this cuz i found nothing on the internets when i hit tthis error. Not common cuz OWB so much older than GRA and CS....no other dlc installed other than these 3

This looks the issue with the game itself. Mostly due to hard drive errors this is caused. Check that your ps3 has enough empty space for the game. Try to contact the community of game for this issue. I hope that you are no using modded ps3. Some official game network bans modded playstation. Till yet there are no proper resolution for this.
