Zombie zoo in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record

Take a walk on the wild side at the zoo in the Fortuna City of the Living Dead. This is your chance to see everything from elephants to penguin’s zombie at a safe distance, and even help lunchtime!

They had zombie dogs and birds in chop till you drop. Don’t see why they would have it on the site but not put it in. But then again there was no talk about it in DR2.

Re: Zombie zoo in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record

Sounds like Resident Evil Outbreak File #2. The zombie animals in that were pretty damn hard so it would sure make the game a lot harder if you have massive animals to kill on top of hordes of zombies. I thought it would seem out of place as per me in the casino environment but it does count as entertainment. We had a non zombie tiger but that was it. It would be cool though as add on or maybe it'll feature in DR3. Some animals at least would be good though there was bound to be some around the city when the outbreak occurred. Considering there’s a game show on various ways to kill zombies why not a zoo to entertain people who want to see a zombie penguin. There are also hints at animals if you look at previous TIR events. TIR XIV: Man's Worst Friend "Contestants go wild with zombie birds and animals" Maybe the zoo could incorporate some new TIR events in OTR, since Frank also competes in it. The Zombie Factor and Miss Fortune are also featured so if the zoo appears the other 2 must as well. Either to appear in OTR or just there on the site to show there’s more of the city than we got to see.

It could make sense if they add some sort of pet shop to the mall and any existing zombie animals can come from there.

It fits with the entertainment side of FC; the map would just need to be made a lot bigger to incorporate a zoo. I just initially thought it wouldn’t fit since its nearly all casino's but just thinking of it as entertainment then it would fit in. Snowflake was basically used as an attraction from the posters seen around the Yucatan so I am sure a zoo would be popular. Anything to earn them some money I’d go for zombie penguins. Would also add more difficulty to the game as i mentioned before, massive animals would be harder to kill than zombies or psycho's any day.

I am so down for Uranus zone but that was never hinted at. The zoo and z factor are even shown on unity as ads.
