Latest patch for RAGE

I hope that most of you heard about the latest patch for the new game called RAGE. Here is the main and the newest changelog for the most up-to-date patch says:

Enhanced performance intended for SLI cards while GPU transcode is enabled.

Each user observed an unbelievable framerate drop if SLI is on and each SLI users noticed the GPU transcoding opportunity vanish from the game menu. What do you say?

Bethesda, id Software are currently working on a patch for Rage. This will make possible advanced graphics options.
