Getting resolution error while playing Luvinia Online

I don’t know why the above mentioned issue is being happening but I am expecting that all the users of this particular forum will help me out to figure out as well as fix the root cause of the problem. Well I have installed Luvinia Online on the computer of mine. whenever I am trying to set the specific resolution than the computer of mine is prompting with the error message that is the resolution of the computer of mine is not having support for the same.

To figure out the root cause of the issue you have to answer following questions.

Which operating system do you running?
What is the hardware configuration of the computer?

Do you have installed all the necessary drivers on the computer?

Let me know whether the above mentioned issue is happening with all the kind of the games or there is issue with this particular game. why I am saying because it will help you out to figure out the whether there is an issue with the game or computer itself.

After going through the problem which you have stated over here I am suspecting that there is an issue with the resolution of the monitor which you are using. to fix the same you have to move to C:/Program Files/Outspark/Luvinia/setup/params.ini.


Now you have to open the above mentioned file and simply change the height and width to original one that something like 1024X768. You might require to edit the file at the desktop and drag the same into the folder.

Well looking at the matter which you have stated over here I wanted to tell you that you should launch the game and simply change the resolution 1280 by 960 and simply quite the game and you have to go back to desktop change your resolution to the same as it was into the game and see whether it is working or not.

Well I am not sure but there could be a bug issue with the game and hence I recommend that you should contact the developer of the game and file a bug report to them. The bug report of yours should contain the information regarding the computer configuration of yours and the issue which you are getting while playing the game. the developer of the game will work on the same and they will release the patch which you can apply to fix the matter of yours.
