Why Standard Horde/Beast mode remove from Gears of War 3

I've been playing Gears of War 2 since launch and my friend stop by and play horde as a guest from time to time. I'll play on launch day, and I can only play private with a guest. To me this is bull. It worked fine in GoW2 need to eliminate 3? Please post here if you would like to see this feature brought back or starts your own thread in any way they only know they want to play epic series with a guest on the Horde or the beast.
