Cannot play Gears of War 3 online

Every time I try to play this game on line it is telling me that "To play online switch your party category toward an xbox live enabled mode". If I go to do it as it says, every one of the xbox live options are grayed out and while I click on top of them it tells "Your present gamer profile settings do not permit playing online games. To carry on, all players should have settings that agree to online play". I know that everything is checked and enabled. Does anybody know what the reason for this incident is? I am on console edition.

The Live team is working. Usually have no GeoLock updates, there's something gone wrong. And the reason that nothing has happened since Saturday, was on Sunday and the fact that the Xbox Live team no one had noticed, until one has communicated it to you today.

If we make changes people need to stop and restart the beta to be that they have the same playlists as the dedicated servers. For example, if you still play Koth, you are player hosted.
