Is Resistance 3 is skill based game?

I just want to ask that if the Resistance 3 is the skill based otherwise it is similar to the Modern Warfare 2. By this, I do not mean that the R3 is similar to the MW2, I just mean that the MW2 is not having any programming in that.

Speaking honestly that I think it is more based on your luck. You pretty much point as well as shoot and check who kills who first. This is only my judgment though; it might change as I play multiplayer more. Let’s wait and see what other people think about this?

I am not going to go around the bush as the atmosphere of Resistance 3 impressed me. If the tension is raising crescendo throughout the main adventure, the feeling of insecurity and of belonging to a minority of human survivors, tracked by the chimeras, is strong enough to create a climate of constant stress throughout the journey. Resistance is a name that tied in glove to the life cycle of the Playstation 3. Fall of Man was a solid Launch Title, a little 'too much turned out to be mistreated by the demanding users who from the first moments, but able to build a decent crowd of fans, thanks to a campaign dilated, a very particular approach, and a Multiplayer effective. Unfortunately Resistance 2 committed some faux pas, in part by repudiating the achievements of its predecessor, apparently to please most of the press, but leaving a bitter aftertaste that this third chapter is called to rinse off. Going back "to the roots", the concluding chapter of the trilogy seeks redemption, and in fact is from the point of view of style and gameplay.
