Hard Reset demo Game crashing on startup

Hello I am using the windows XP operating system and everything on the system working fine without any issue and recently I have installed the Hard Reset demo Game on mine system without any issue. After installing the Hard Reset demo Game when I tried to launch but mine game crashing on startup without any issue. Now I don’t what to do and how to solve this issue, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

I would like to suggest you to verify integrity of game cache and after that let me know the issue. to do this you need to go through the below steps: first load the Steam and after that right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu on library section. Now on the properties windows make choose the Local files tab and get on the Verify integrity of game cache... button. Now your steam will verify integrity of game cache and once process closed then make sure your getting the issue or not.

Make sure you have updated everything on your system and after that let me know the issue. I think your system driver, Direct X and other things are not up to date and so therefore your getting the issue and so I would like to suggest you to make updated the all things on your system and after that make sure your game crashing or not.

Hello thanks for the solution and I have solved mine issue by updating the Direct X and driver on mine issue, I have updated the driver and Direct X to latest version and after that I have solved mine issue.

I also faced the similar kind of problem. I can't imagine that we wouldn't do a demo of Hard Reset. i buy and download this game yesterday. AFter that when i try to play this game, then it gives the problem and the reason behind that is because of the downloaded link can't fully support this task. this site only shows an exe file of the game. then i remove this downloaded link and after that use an official link for this downloading taks. it works and now i can play the games on this system.
