cannot ask for gifts in Pioneer trail

I cannot ask for gifts in Pinoeer trail...so therefore I cannot continue with missions. When I ask for anything -- i ge the little square that says ask friends I do then I go to a blue screen with the bear on it -- just stays blank and never makes it to FB home screen....

Which web browser are you using? Try to delete its cookies, temporary files or such and see if it solves this issue? Use other browsers like opera, google chrome, firefox and see if that helps. If it still doesnt work then it seems to be a problem with the game itself, so you can mail zynga's support team and ask them about this issue.
