XINPUT1_3.dll error message in Fallout: New Vegas

I am getting above mentioned error message while playing Fallout: New Vegas on the computer of mine. let me know why the above mentioned issue is being happening into the situation of mine. any help to get the requirement of mine will be highly appreciated. To figure out the root cause of the problem you have to tell me which operating system do you running? What is the hard ware configuration of the computer? do you have installed all the necessary drivers on the computer? you have mentioned that you are getting an error message so kindly post the entire error message over here as well as log file of the error message which you are getting on the computer.
