Red Orchestra 2: Heroes Of Stalingrad key bindings are not working

I have noticed that the key binding of the Red Orchestra 2: Heroes Of Stalingrad game is not working at all. I am not able to figure out whether was an issue with the game itself. or there is hardware issue associated. Let me know if you are having any specific solution which you can provide to make the thing working for me. I am waiting for the prompt replies of yours. Thanks a lot in advance.

I am suspecting that there is an issue with user profile of the game. I recommend that you should simply create a new user profile in the game and see whether you are able to play the game or not. if the thing is working for you than I am suggesting that you should remove the issue causing user profile from the game and continue the game play by using the newly create user profile.

I am not able to figure out the root cause of the problem without knowing the answers of the below mentioned questions.Which operating system do you have installed? What is the hardware configuration of the computer? do you have done any recent changes on the computer? Do you have installed all the necessary drivers on the computer of yours? Let me know if you are having any other information which will help me out to figure out the root cause of the problem.

Looking at the problem I am suggesting following thing which you should try to fix the matter of yours.\
You have to look for the config folder of the game.

Code:

C:\Users\MyNameHere\Documents\my games\UnrealEngine3\ROGame\Config

Now you have to delete the roinput.ini and restart the game on the computer and see whether it is working or not.

I think you need to reinstall the game on the computer of yours. you should uninstall the game and reinstall the game on the computer and see whether it is working or not.

There could be bug issue with the game and hence you should contact the developer of the game and file a bug report to them. The bug report of game should contain the information about the hardware configuration as well as the issue which you are getting. The developer will fix the bug issue and release the patch which you can apply to fix the matter of yours.
