Tropico 4: Need alternates for US/USSR 'Invasion" idea

Anyone have any idea about the alternative for US/USSR 'Invasion" idea? I search for this and found something. The first would be the CIA / KGB-backed coup detected Policy. Would last between one to four years and requires that you have a forced choice. In his resistance would be a government-sponsored rebellion. The odds would favor grave opposition. Anyone have any more idea about this?

A Navy Seal / Black Spetsnaz Operations Mission to assassinate him. What triggers an attack of the rebels, but instead of rebels, which would be sealed, or Spetsnaz. Its goal would be killed. Your best bet for survival would be to have a large army, and / or seek refuge in heavily guarded home, or a President combat expert. And still be a strong bet to survive.

The ideas sound nice, but since it is a very marginal part of the game so I do not think they need any circumstances. But I would see the rebels to be more aggressive and perhaps funded / supported by one of the powers. It is too easy to have good relations (80% +) with the two though, so I do not see this happening very often. I can only recall a single time when I was on patrol boats my expense.

I know this is an international form, so I need to do somewhat simple to change, but could not think accurately what I call my idea. Just need to say: A couple of new techniques for U.S. invasion / USSR. I would like to see Spec Ops invade the island attempting to assassinate Escobar style. It would be the "invasion" by adding more interactive game. This also increases the complexity of a simple pre-game. So there would be a small part of the game, but real, interactive events.

I felt the same about these invasions:

1. is improbable because of the easiness of good relations
2. The penalty are minimal and not "add" a lot of gameplay
3. The idea looks a little bar Tropico side,

I guess so, but could be much more, which is where the ideas come in!

It should not be spies on their islands, no stuff how great your relationships are, I think an island that has a nuclear program and a soldier of 15 citizens that magnetize attention. The spys go to the island for intelligence gathering (of the EU will have bonds or OSS 117 who likes to be in the casinos and hotels, the U.S. and USSR military envoy to check his army, China and the Middle East I do not know).
