Lot Sizes increase to 30X40 in The Sims 3 Town Life Stuff

As anyone here played earlier Sims 3 game than you know that the Lot sizes for the pre-built sites are 20x30. That is fact for all the venues and the majority of the community lots, but now the new school is 30X40. Guess we required a few additional rooms to fit all children going to school! I am here to know any other information about this. Is this true or is there any other rumor for this? Anyone have any idea about this?

I remember the days that control the size of the lot and EA is the moment we do planning our cities. I have a bad feeling that this package of stuff is going to be a headache for a lot of people without the right tools. Not only is capable of controlling the size of the lot, but instead of buildings. Some may want the building sat by the way others may want to lay back. Just a thought.

I would love a package of future things that came up with last minute places that more resemble the lot sizes in existing cities, such as Sunset Valley and the like - it would be unrealistic to have a local watering hole or club that would fit in a suburban town. I've been trying to build something, but I'm not that big a generator to the mine or go too big or too ugly, or both.

Not a lot of 30 x 40 in the World Editor - would be nice if EA took into account the sizes available vacant lots before they began to build his own. Either that or demolish vacant apartments in the 30 x 40 lots and move around. Either way, "they" could make a little easier for us. 40x30 would save us many problems. EA makes a lot 40x30 points, but never had the option to select those in the world, only in the Create-A-World.
