Hello all,

I recently completed playing a fantastic game called Alice Madness Returns. In this game, Alice is not a child any more. The unfortunate lost of his parents in a house fire and the trauma that resulted was assigned to the depths of her being and thus her nightmares turning into reality.

Anyways, I thought of sharing the save game file of Alice Madness Returns for download. You can download the same from the below attachment, just unzip it with a winzip software and copy this to (win7) Documents\My Games folder. On other operating systems search for your own save and replace it. This is a save game file with every memory, bottle, pig snout, radula room mission completed.

The save game location in windows 7 or vista might be in C:\Users\your name\Documents\My Games\Alice Madness Returns\AliceGame\CheckPoint or C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\Alice Madness Returns\AliceGame\Config
But what is the save game location of Alice Madness Returns in Windows XP?

I think it just not there as the user who uploaded this file did not uploaded it , was also searching for the same file as I am also in need for it , I would rather like to have this file in the in game as that was would be really helpful to solve further stages , I hope he just clear them and then post backs .till then we have no option rather than waiting.

Where to copy GameConfig_PC.CFG & PersistentData_PC.PSD ?
I copied the Alice2Checkpoint.sav to where the article shows,
but still when i open the game he asks for me to create a new profile and can't find the 100% profile, what to do ?

I think that Alice: Madness Returns Configuration Files are located in two separate locations:
1) C:\Users\*Username*\Documents\My Games\Alice Madness Returns\AliceGame\Config
2) D:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Alice Madness Returns\Game\Alice2\AliceGame\Config
I will refer to them as follows: 1) X:\MyDoc\Alice & 2) X:\ProgFiles\Alice

Thanks your a life saver, got 51% through and the game glitched, now i can skip that part and continue.


1. how can i reset the weapons to level 3 except the teapot i got that on level 4?
2. How can i reset my teeth to 140?

3. why doesnt the roses update i collected 1 (after your save) but it still says 0,

4. I had 3 roses before the game glitch how can i reset this?

Well, I am afraid that you will have to start the game or achieve the quest that fulfills the requiremensts of weapons or anything else, only by playing the game from the beginning. The uploader of the save game file might have not done the missions and hence he might be lacking some weapons or such items in his files.
