Do not remove gears 3 beta file

Many gamers might have removed the beta after it expired not significant that doing this will also remove the whole thing intended for the final game. To resolve this you must create each unlock within the beta accessible inside the final game. It’s not fair for the people who played beta from a long time and trying to obtain each unlock to discover that they misplaced it all. The only omission must be the beta tester medal.

If they perform that then it would not be fair for the people who have played the beta and was unlocked and they should not take out the beta version of it. What inspired more people to go find the beta was that it was cool unlockables and you get to play the beta. If they did so then every beta unlocks were available in the actual game that would be opaque. I do not actually have much sympathy and being inequitable to the majority before the minority would just be stupid.

I agree with the responses of others. If people were stupid enough to remove the beta save file, then do not deserve that opens and only make them available to everyone would defeat the purpose of having open linked to the beta in the first place. There will be plenty of skins and other characters in the full game so that people will only have to live with those choices.

There will be ample of unlockables in the game itself. Worry no more than a few skins of fire, a golden skin, and thrash cole ball. Have you seen the lightning hides and skins bright green? There are plenty of things for everyone. I'm pretty sure that somewhere a programmer fresh out of otherwise even an intern could be given a medal of beta testing to all who deserve it, in less than an hour, and in their own time.

The prices of hardware are such that almost nothing is ever erased. I doubt that there was sufficient information stored to recreate every game played in real time (and P2P in the case of this would have been impossible), but the storage of each player kills with each weapon in particular would have been trivial and an incredible value with Epic in research settings for each weapon. In addition, information was available on a server at the same time. Any of us almost certainly have sufficient free space for a laptop at home to maintain the information.

Gears 3 can have this in retail (I'm really hoping so on) where these statistics are also stored in a different console. But for the sake of the beta that all data will eventually be made are useless. This is only important for the unlockables. is a bit excessive (in terms of business decisions) to have a fully cloned database (plus backups) just to house the data. While pulling up information of a massive conglomerate of players has to be a query of some sort.
