I am one who enjoyed the original. The game was very addictive and rewarding in my view. I wedged the second day yesterday and the ground a good four hours. My initial thoughts:
Graphics - Much better, though still misses in certain areas. The major player and the NPCs are much better model than the preceding game. The recitals in the street, however, still lacks a game of this generation. I am really impressed with the city is put together though. Jumping on the roofs and power lines milling offers excellent views of breathtaking scenery.
Game - addictive as before, and passed it to another level in my opinion. The new melee is nice, despite being simplistic (button mashing). They do a good job making you feel brutal, with finalists. The new ability to pick up and throw cars, which opens very early in the game is infinitely fun for me. I've used it effectively against attack helicopters and boats as well as any civilian who feel looked at me the wrong way. They allow to throw away foolishly if the arc, and just enjoy the view of a car flying through the air, so I am just playing around with that skill constantly. The destruction of the environment that adds nice as well, although not as extensive as a lot of games that have been implemented.
History - have not progressed enough to know he really feels about the story, but I can say they did a good job making the situation feel terrible. I'm playing an evil character, so you can be playing through different so good, but some of the missions seems a bit weak in reasoning. It feels like you get in the missions of evil only by the ability to get the bad points, not really thinking about what I would do this when their main objective seems to be getting more power at any cost, not being a idiot for being a dick
