Error in Installation of Platformance game

Hello, recently I bought new branded HP laptop. The configurations of the laptop is to be the Intel core i5 processor with 320GB SATA Hard Disk and 2GB DDR3 RAM. I had installed the windows 7 operating system on this laptop. Yesterday I downloaded the Platformance game from using the internet connections. After finishing downloading I tried to install it onto the laptop but there is some error occurred at the time of installations. The error message is to be "Can't get this information at the moment. Check again in a little while”. Please give me solutions for solving this kind of error message. Any help will be appreciates.

Hey dude, as per you mentioning in the reviews I checked the configurations of the laptop. Then I understand that there are inbuilt graphics card presents in the laptop. It also says that the sound card and the LAN card are presents in the laptop. I think this is not the graphics issue. See, I had use the marketplace to download this game and the zune software will help me a lot to solving this kind of trouble. So, please tell me the exact solutions of this issue.

I also faced the similar kind of issue in the mine laptop. I try to download the Platformance game but unfortunately it will not install onto the laptop. Then I check the configurations of the laptop nad I found that this laptop configurations will be supports the game. Then I again download the Platformance game and then try to install it into the system. Surprisingly it works and then still now there is issue occurred in this game. It works really well.
