Call of duty 4 crash error HELP!

Hi guys ! I'm new here , can someone help me ?

When i'm starting a match in cod 4 (Call of duty Modern Warfare) the screen goes whole black and i can hear an error sound , one or two times it happend that the map was loading , but it freezed

Can someone please help the noob?

There are some issues running CoD 4 Multiplayer on some onboard sound cards.
