| Re: crysis 2 performance with gtx260m
Commencing what I have listen to from developers, and it be supposed to play smoother than the first version of Crysis. Consequently if you be capable of run the first version of very well on the 260, then you be supposed to be capable to play the second version of crysis just as well. That said. This is Crysis, which will be very bloody and so the best card they have the best understanding will be there. I hope now you are clear with your query. Thank you. |

| Re: crysis 2 performance with gtx260m
I was reading an interview that all Crysis 2 game plays shown on the PC is done with i7 920 stock shares and 6gigs GTX260 DDR3 memory, DX9/10 as I saw on the screens of the game ran very smooth, non-drop frame. So I guess full version dx9/10 is so cool and can easily run at each facility. Crytek is also working on DX11 version with degrees of freedom far and things like that and I think even a gtx460 can handle DX11 on highest settings without any problems. At any rate Crytek is doing it’s most excellent with Crysis 2. Metro2033 is nothing compared to Crysis. |

| Re: crysis 2 performance with gtx260m
I have not at all had Crysis collide on me. I installed the patch; however, I do not be acquainted with if that helps. But I was playing Crysis on my 5670 with the high specifications @ 1020 x 1080 resolution .until I got my GTX 470. It has not at all been sluggish or not working. It is now incredibly high specification in 1900 x 1200 resolutions and it is awesome. Now I am thinking of the additional RAM and more powerful graphics cards to make my crysis more comfortable for me. |

| Re: crysis 2 performance with gtx260m
If the beta is no matter which to go by, not what it seems. Even a 460 GTX struggles and set at 30 fps at 1920x1200 with a maximum of hardcore settings. In 5770 it only achieved 22.5, so a GTX 260 is not much better. On the other hand 1680X1050 should be fine. Later than additional get better the resolution of the game, the game frame rate drop is not large, this means Cry Engine 3 for the resolution is not very sensitive, if you have large screen you can adjust the maximum resolution get a better visual effect. Thank you. |

| Re: crysis 2 performance with gtx260m
I am in no doubt that it is good an adequate amount to play Crysis 2 for 1920 x 1080, but for the establishment of medium-sized enterprises. Crysis 2 I guess in far above the ground need graphic details fastest GPU. I suggest you to buy ATI 5870 for superior performance depending on your budget, which would have the GTX460 and the 260 is near the end of his life and is old technology. The GTX 460 supports DirectX 11 (Crysis 2 is almost certainly support). The GTX 260 supports up to Direct X 10. I hope now you are clear with your doubt about this GTX 260. Thank you. |
