DEGEE laptop will not be the bad choice but if you want best then you can go to Toshiba laptop. They are having a big range of laptop and you can select any of them according to budget and needs. I am having two laptops from Toshiba and this I am using from last 8 months. They did not show me any problem with them and so I am recommending you this.

how much is it? it only comes with XP and 1GB ram? I assume you are just going to use this when travelling around?

DEGEE laptop is not bad. That is worth for the money that you are paying for that. Some of my friends are having the same laptop and they are happy with that. I have not used that personally but if this is doing well for then it will do the same for you. Do a proper search on internet for its review and then only go for purchasing that.
