Unable to disable the non working buttons on hold in Zynga poker

Well I am still waiting on response for Zygna on disabled non working buttons for check/hold and raise hold-em. Actually there are few buttons that are not working while the game play and I really don’t know the reason why it is doing so. So please let me know what I can do to solve this issue and what are the basic rules to disable the button. It is possible that I on my own can disable the button and if yes then let me know how? Any help regarding the same will be appreciated.

Yes of course I will let you know any resolution and I am requesting that you do the same. I realize this is very frustrating especially when Zynga does not post know issues with their game hold-em on this forum. That would at least let us know they are aware and working on fixing this problem. I am sure that this information will help you in solving the issue and then you can easily sort out the button issue and again get it done as it was earlier.

Everything looks normal visually and everything works except the check/fold and raise buttons do not respond when they are clicked. Nothing happens no matter how many times or where on the button you click. They are totally unresponsive. This is a big issue and is affecting players all over. We have done everything imaginable to try to fix on our ends and trust me we have tried and read the recommendations on FAQ in fact I probably know them by heart. So could you please check in with the development team and see if they can fix. Please post a reply maybe for everyone to see they would also be extremely grateful.

Well mine do not work at all not a delay but absolutely frozen and unresponsive continuously no matter where or when I play. Are you suggesting we just sit in a room and continually lose till we are all out of chips. Wouldn't that be a form of cheating? Come on Zynga needs to quit ignoring this and address it to their customers. I really have never seen such poor customers service from any company before. Especially when they charge people money.

I did notice some time after the new format to place, I started receiving script errors. Not sure if everyone is getting those or if it could even be the problem causing non-clickable game buttons. I am able to still click on everything else such as: gifts, standup, lobby, and even chat. The problem occurs when it is my turn and the colorful time clock starts working. I would appreciate any information you can provide helping us able start playing again. In fact it would be a good idea to create a "sticky" so that we know this problem is duly noted and at least consider a priority. It would also provide us an easy way to get updates.

Multiple players shouldn't be allowed on same Table from one IP in Zynga Poker One thing I am noticing is that a lot of connection and play issues started right around 8/21 around 4-5 days ago. Was there something Zynga did at this time that may be causing all the issues? I have a computer specialist coming to my home to check my computers. It is an expert and will confirm if it is a computer problem on my 3 computers or if it is as I already am sure a Zynga program-platform issue. Please have your developers check and recheck for a cause and fix.
