ehh guys i need help. When i comes up that i am told to go to joe's apartment. and the door's aint glowing which means that im unable to enter it. I need help. This is a serious bug and i cant find any ways to fix it.

Are you sure it is about chapter 2 ? Because i have completed this game and dint got any such issue in chapter . Yeah, i faced such door bug nearly in the end of the game but the following post helped me. Just check it out, hope you get some help from the same: Mafia 2 bug - Door Not opening in Chapter 14 ?
