Unexplained Buzz Rating drop in Cafe World

Hi, I'm on Cafe World on level 72. I never had any major problems and have always enjoyed a consistent buzz rating of 130 for many months. But, now in recent days I have noticed that it is dropping uncertainly and which is very weird. I have not changed anything and not even the layout, I never run out of food and always have it. I have not changed a single thing in particular in few months but it still keeps dropping. Sometimes it drops down below 90. This problem started happening only before few days and everything was fine until then. I also noticed this with many of my friends too. They too have unexplained buzz variation and drops. Any ideas?

used to be i thought people were crazy talking of an unexplained buzz rating drop until it happened to me. trust me: i've changed nothing! and it used to be 100-105 and now it seems to stay below 50 until i spend an hour or so serving coffee. This coincided with a noticeable increase in the glitch of invisible customers. I don't really mind because i like the slower pace but something has changed and it most certainly wasn't anything i did. What could it be? Just another bug? Or just another sick strategy by zynga to make money?

I am not new to the game, I am at level 82. I have experimented with different layouts, trying my level best to balance aesthetics vs. efficiency. i have discovered that max efficiency often looks stupid I am not running a fast food counter and that the placement of stoves, counters, chairs, tables, decorations, everything, all makes a difference in the running of your virtual cafe. trust me: I have changed nothing. everything is where it was since the coffee machine went in. And overnight the buzz drops!

When you say 'after a while' do you mean that i can have a buzz of 100-105 for weeks and then a sudden drop from something that changed weeks before? seriously, it dropped overnight after cooking daily, with no changes for weeks. i would be very interested in hearing from anyone who has got it fixed. how it got fixed? Further, a noticeable increase in 'invisible customers' at exactly the same time? i am not talking about once in a while, there's always a half a dozen of these glitches in my cafe at any one time. i have sent in a support ticket and am currently waiting a reply from them too.

I've had inexplicable buzz rating drop for a long time now. I figured when it started and now, with the constant line of people complaining about it, that Zynga is well aware of it and a lot of other issues and hopefully are working on it. Meanwhile, I still manage to mostly keep a 105 buzz rating. The game has many flaws and complaining about it to the right people in the right way will at least get your message across. I have no doubts that all of it is being considered, examined, worked on, bugs being fixed. How long before it is all fixed? Maybe never. It's part of the game. The "if it doesn't get fixed then I'm going to stop playing" method of attempting to get your point across probably is going to fall on deaf ears as far as my opion matters, its just my guess.

I have filed a support form request with Zynga a few times - the situation was never resolved. It still continues. Although I don't like it, I deal with it accordingly. Games are what they are. I see so many people threatening to quit - but you are still here. You must like it or you wouldn't be playing it. Yes, there are issues, again, I have no doubt, whatsoever, that the thousands or more people saying the same thing has the point and situation across to the producers of the game. I doubt the people working at Zynga are idiots, they stated from the beginning this is a beta mode game and it will have problems. They deal with things as they figure out patches to fix it with. I still like the game, with all of it's flaws, it makes it what it is. I am at level 107. I like the theme and the mission of the game.
