How I can I build the cupid castle in Farmville

I want to build cupid castle for the Farmville game that I am playing. Now the thing here is that I am not able to build the cupid castle in the Farmville. I really don’t know how I can build this castle actually till now it is not available in the market. And what will help me to get it in the farm. I saw some of mine friends with the higher level are able o built the castle but not me please help me in this case and guide me how I can built the same.
