Which operating system have you installed in your computer or laptop? Under windows 7 it will be in My Doc>Electronic Arts>Dead Space. It will be in your 'my document' folder inside the electronic arts folder. Just look for ' Electronic Arts'. Inside that you can see the folder Dead Space. Hope that helps you out.

I found this save game file which can help you to finish up the game more easily. I had myself tried this save game file and it works nicely. I am also providing more information after this save game file. After that move ahead and you can see a locked door. It is located above the watch mans door. You will have to face some lurkers before entering the door. You will need to hack the loc and then fix the solar array. At the end you will get lurked in the lobber mines. You will find the arms of lobber form the wall and then you use the same to freeze and hit. Kill the lobber and then you can find by some nice stuff. It is necessary to align two solar panels in the coming section. Download the file and check the same.

I just tried this Save file and I end up in the area after the solar array alignment where you have to fly down after getting ejected. And I can't log in I have to stay logged out. to run this save file.

Where are you saying that you need to stay logged in to run the save file? And as per the level that you have written, it seems to me it is the 7 level of this dead space game 2 and if you are stuck in that level, then you can check some suggestions given in this similar kind of thread - Dead Space 2 crashes everytime on Chapter 7
