How to Earn Cash in CityVille

Currently I am playing CityVille game on facebook, Can you please help with me earning cash in CityVille. I tried many things but its not working @ all can anyone please whether my friends can give me cash in cityville or is there any other option to earn cash?

You can get CityVille cash with paying real money for it by leveling up. Each level you move up you get CityCash. The quickest way to level up is gain XP by helping out neighbors. The more neighbors you help out the more XP, coins and goods you will get.
