How to play Dead Space 2 on 1920×1080 resolution

Well I am having a doubt , I am a gamer , I have played the earlier or you can say the first version of the Death Space and now I am having the second version as well , which I purchased recently , let me tell you that I have got both the versions of games that is the game for PS3 and the pc edition with me , in m y pc I have installed ATI graphic card installed in it for healthier graphic support , so I just wanted to ask whether the newer version of Death Space will run better in the 1920X1080 resolution , please give some tips on this resolution related as well.

You should surely be able to manage 1080 not certain why it will have that problem just on that resolution although. Did you run fraps and make certain it is a fps drop and not falter . I just came to know that disabling AA and AF controls in the ATI control panel (modify these settings to "allow application") will resolve the frame rate issue you will be facing while you run your Death space 2 game in the said resolution . I hope my post was a bit of help for you.

Your other alternative is this. Switch off v-sync in the game and AA ,then you can without any doubt advance to the control center for your ati card or Nvida graphic card and force V-sync on. You had to do that in the former dead space to get rid off the problem of lagging of the screen and yet still have a apparent picture. Well I still have both the versions installed in my system and it works very fine till now. .

The higher resolution will appear better but when you play your game it will result out your game and the graphic card work harder. Although having said that if you run at 1920 x 1080 resolution you can rescued with not adjoining any AA to your games and it will still look upright. If you have a excellent graphics card (as I do), its not an issue to run 1080p. Either way, if you are playing a game in a lesser resolution then run it under the Windows platform windowed...fullscreen extends that resolution to fit resulting the and decrease the sharpness of the image. I hope you got what you were expecting from the above posts .
