How to save graphics config locally rather than Steam Cloud in PixelJunk Eden?

Well I am really happy with the Steam Cloud support. I am using couple of computers and all the save games is being synced between all the computer. all the save graphics config are saved on cloud. If I make any changes on any of the config file then it is getting changed on other machine. I don’t want to do that.

As far as I know they have nothing done about the no local saved configuration. But I am expecting that if they will provide the same in the upcoming patch if lots of people are asking about the same. but right now I am really happy with the game and I would really appreciate if they will provide local save support on your computer.
