Re: Black Ops CPU 100% and Stuttering

Are you running with the proper system. Before buying the game you should check whether the game of yours is compatible with the system or not. If not then first you have to make it compatible and then only you can play the same. Here i am giving you the detail about the PC requirement which you can go through and check for the compatible hardware of your device.

  • Operating system: Windows XP / Vista / 7
  • Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom X3 8750 or better
  • Graphics: Shader 3.0 or better (256 MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT / ATI Radeon X1950 Pro)
  • Memory: 2 GB Ram
  • RAM: 12 GB
  • Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible
  • DirectX 9.0c

Re: Black Ops CPU 100% and Stuttering

It's not CG it not exceed 60 degrees in games and I've since August 2010. When I freeze it is the game itself that freezes. I'm updating my GC is not long. (10.10 from ATI). The ram seems suspicious because there are lots of weird things like I can not install Windows Vista or 7. Removes one for testing and vice versa, so it feels a more or less stable component be very little RAM. I think that this is the issue with the RAM which might be not supporting the same. I will advise you to upgrade the RAM and see whether it is working for you or not.

If this is also not solving the issue of yours and you are still getting the issue with the same then i will advise you to contact the Activision regarding this issue and they will definitely give you the proper solution for your issue. So if you can then go through the same and see whether you are getting it work or not. Also let me know about the solution so that other can also go with the same to work with their issue.

Re: Black Ops CPU 100% and Stuttering

You should know that all is well with your beast of a machine, if your Call of Duty: Black Ops freezes and breaks in Some levels and even in cinematic. Also, be sure it is not up to Windows or the driver, it is only a problem that annoyed many players.

This is a bug that the PC version suffers from, This is all known as "memory loss", which creates a lag effect, which clearly shows attached pictures (click on it to see a larger one).

Irritating thing is that this delay is also present in multiplayer, which is a much bigger problem, Treyarch and will roll up their sleeves, so they can release a patch to fix this problem. Another issue is that I always lag but much less 15-40 15-25 fps during combat. Another texture problem when I shoot the grenade launcher instead of the explosion I end up with squares of black smoke, black and empty land, a character with black hands

I hope that after getting this much problem from the user side Activision might be working on the release of the patch which will resolve then issue related to the Call Of Duty Black ops.

Re: Black Ops CPU 100% and Stuttering

Also, remember, all of the latest Windows updates and have to remember to update under any circumstances DirectX. You can find the DirectX Setup in the path steamapps \ common \ call of duty black ops \ Redist \ DirectX \ DXSETUP.exe or directly from Microsoft . Do not forget to reboot after each installation of the PC. Before you make profound changes to the system, you should first make all of the update and test if the game is running now.

On the games you will find, for example, the following advice, if you have Call of Duty: Black Ops causes 100 percent CPU utilization: Start the game, go to the server list. Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and open the Processes tab. Simply right-click on the steam process and click on "Set Affinity". There you will remove all check marks except for "Core 0", confirm with "OK". Simply right-click on the game process and click on "Set Affinity". There, you just remove the "Core 0" check mark, click "OK". Finally, you again make a right click on the game process and increase the priority to "real time". The game should now run smoothly.

Re: Black Ops CPU 100% and Stuttering

Actually, the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops not exorbitantly high hardware requirements. Nevertheless, many players report of sudden and severe stuttering and delay in the multiplayer mode as well as in the campaign and even in cut scenes. In the forums of Steam , there are indications of the nature that errors access to the CPU or a memory problem and therefore present in the main processor is overloaded. David Vonderhaar, the development studio Treyarch for the multiplayer mode is responsible, via Twitter said that his team is aware of the problem. It probably does not take long until a solution is available. Call of Duty: Black Ops is one of the hottest candidates for the shooter of the year 2010 - at least relatively speaking. Generally, the year 2010, a rather thin for shooter fans. At the minimum system requirements that has drawn at least some change on. Thus, from the previous in all three parts need Pentium 4 at least a Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4 GHz and two cores, or even of the three core Phenom X3 8750 2.4 GHz. Even with the RAM, there was a significant increase in demands.
